Fawnsbrook Woods

Welcome to Fawnsbrook Woods located in Hamilton County and Fishers Indiana. This custom community was developed and homes were built in the late 1980's to 1990's. The community features approximately 83 custom built homes with yards that are larger and further apart compared to the normal for Fishers Indiana. The neighborhood is located in close proximity to New Britton Elementary School, the famous Conner Prairie, and is just minutes away from churches, dining, shopping and more.

As a resident of Fawnsbrook Woods since 1995 and a real estate professional serving the Fishers area since 2001, it's my personal opinion that this is one of the most strongly desired communities in the area. I have family and friends that have been drawn to this community because of it's uniqueness. The homes typically sell quickly and it's no surprise as the yards/grounds are very well maintained. I have sold several homes in this community and know the area extremely well.
